Beat the Odds Fundraiser is on Tuesday, December 5 at 5:30 PM. Come one, come all to gather, mingle, and celebrate as the Alexandria Bar Foundation marks its triumphant 20th year of the Beat the Odds Program. Join us for a night of merrymaking on Tuesday, December 5 at the Light Horse Restaurant and Bar, 715 King Street. Indulge in delicious food, and refreshing drinks, and most importantly – enjoy the fun and fellowship that comes with supporting a good cause. The event, being held in conjunction with the Alexandria Bar Association, kicks off at 5:30 PM and lasts until 8 PM, providing ample time for laughter and cheer in the upstairs bar area.

In the spirit of giving, the Light Horse has generously agreed to donate 5% of all proceeds to the Beat the Odds Fundraiser. But that's not all – there's room for even more charitable giving with our 50/50 raffle! All donations will contribute to scholarship disbursements for our college-bound teens who have overcome significant odds to pursue their education. Amidst the joyous occasion, we are also introducing a delightful Tacky Sweater Competition, complete with superlative awards for various categories. Don your most outrageous holiday get-up and compete for titles like "Most Festive," "Most Creative," and "Tackiest Sweater" of the night!
